1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolidCorn’s CRM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

SolidCorn provides a cloud-based, multi-tenant CRM platform designed for multiple industries, offering:

• Custom field configuration
• Lead and pipeline management
• Product catalog management
• Dashboard and analytics
• API integrations and automation

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must use the Service for lawful business purposes

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining login credentials
• All activities under your account are your responsibility
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Free & Paid Plans

We offer free and subscription-based plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, and features vary based on plan.

Billing Terms:

• Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
• Failure to pay may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination

Refund Policy:

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

6. Data Ownership & Responsibility

You retain 100% ownership of your business and customer data. SolidCorn acts only as a data processor.

You are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of data
• Legal collection of data
• Compliance with applicable laws

7. Custom Fields & User-Generated Data

Since the platform allows custom data structures, you agree that:

• You will not store illegal, sensitive, or restricted data unlawfully
• You are responsible for compliance with Indian IT laws, GDPR (if applicable), and industry regulations

8. Acceptable Use Policy

• No illegal or fraudulent activities
• No malware, spam, or harmful scripts
• No reverse engineering or exploitation attempts
• No abuse of APIs or system resources

9. Data Security & Infrastructure

We implement:

• Encryption (in transit and at rest where applicable)
• Role-based access control
• Multi-tenant data isolation

However, we are not liable for breaches caused by weak passwords or credential sharing.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur.

11. API & Integration Usage

• You must not overload or misuse endpoints
• We may rate-limit or suspend API access

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or suspicious activity. You may terminate your account at any time.

13. Data Retention After Termination

Data may be retained for up to 30 days after termination and may then be permanently deleted.

14. Limitation of Liability

SolidCorn shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, revenue loss, or indirect damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SolidCorn against any claims arising from your data, usage, or legal violations.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
